Snack PolicySince the children will be leaving at 12:30 pm, we feel they need an adequate snack to tide them over until lunch. Following are some examples of acceptable snacks: Fruit (ready to eat)Trail mixGranola barsCheese sticksDry cerealRaisinsBreakfast barsCrackers - any kindPeanut butter & Vanilla wafersSandwichesLunchablesPlease do not send anything that will need to be heated or cooked in the microwave. We are trying to avoid high sugar foods and drinks such as: candy, chocolate, fruit rollups, corbonated and/or caffeinated drinks, and high-energy sport drinks. If your child's snack/lunch needs eatting utensils, please send with their snack. We do not provide spoons and forks. Please note that some students may have peanut/nut allergies. Please check with your child's teacher before sending items such as peanut butter sandwiches or crackers. There will be some days that the teachers will have a snack that goes along with their curriculum. You will be notified ahead of time.
